We collect personal data in the following ways:
Enquiry forms
When you submit a contact or property enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the message you send. This is the minimum information needed to respond to your enquiry.
Browsing data
We collect standard web server logs including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is used solely for security and operational purposes and is not linked to individual identities.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep the site functioning (e.g. language preference). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. See Section 8 for more detail.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. How Long We Keep Your Data
Enquiry data is kept for 2 years from the date of last contact, after which it is securely deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g. for tax or anti-money-laundering records, which may be kept for up to 10 years under Spanish law).
Web server logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days.
5. Who We Share Your Data With
We use a limited number of trusted third-party service providers to operate this website:
- Supabase Inc. – database and authentication hosting (servers in the EU).
- Vercel Inc. – website hosting and content delivery. Vercel is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Each provider is bound by data processing agreements and may only use your data to deliver services on our behalf.
We may also disclose data where required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
6. International Transfers
Our infrastructure providers may process data in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions adopted by the European Commission.
7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access – obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification – ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure – request deletion of your data where there is no compelling reason for us to keep it.
- Restriction – ask us to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
- Portability – receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Object – object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing.
- Withdraw consent – where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against accidental loss, unauthorised access, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted data storage, HTTPS connections, and access controls.
In the unlikely event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours and inform affected individuals where required by law.
